Our policy regarding digital offerings and contributions to Mathru Bakthi Sharatha Sthalam.
Donation Nature
As Mathru Bakthi Sharatha Sthalam is a non-profit spiritual organization, all donations made via our UPI QR code are considered voluntary offerings (Dakshina).
"Once a digital contribution is successfully processed, it is utilized immediately for temple maintenance and charitable activities. Consequently, we do not offer refunds or cancellations for any donations."
Duplicate Transfers
If a donation was debited multiple times due to a technical error in your banking app, please contact your respective bank. We do not have control over banking gateway reversals.
Support Access
For any concerns regarding a failed transaction where the amount was deducted but not acknowledged, please share your Transaction ID with our team.
